Near perfect location very close to Cathedral and in the old town! Walking down the corridor to Reception and you feel you have arrived somewhere special and you have - just a great place to stay! Toilet / Shower a bit small - but hey! Really enjoyed our stay. Found a great place to eat - good local meals. Down the hill to right, past the square on left down again and on facing corner on the right - great food and plenty of it! Nice service too!

Loved the location. Right next to the cathedral. Easy to find after finishing the camino. In the center of the historic area of town, lots of restaurants and bars to walk to. Room is on the smaller side, but perfect for myself. Bed was very comfortable, perfect to unwind in after finishing the camino. Less than 5 min walk to pilgrims office. The building itself was beautiful and felt like I was stepping back in time. It was also very quiet.

I have walked the Camino 5 times and always stayed here at the finish. It is a wonderful old building with pilgrim rooms that are amazing and at an amazing price. An all you can eat breakfast is included which at the end of a Camino is no small deal. All the people at reception and one gentleman (I’ve seen him each time) in particular are super friendly and helpful. It feels like an incredible reward at the end of a nice walk.

I loved everything about this place. It is an old monastery conversion. It embraces the feeling of Santiago de Compostela. It is a simple and beautiful place to find peace. If you are a Peregrino - that's an ideal place. It is also a family-friendly place. If you are looking for luxury and spas or similar, you probably need to try something else. There are no TVs in the rooms. They also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Romana

Given how cheap it was, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was. There was excellent water pressure in the shower and it was very quiet in the corridor. The breakfast was good value at 7 euro. The building itself was really historic and the public areas on the ground floor had lots of interesting things to look at. Whilst the common areas were quite cold, the radiator in the room worked really well.
